私たちは、「次の文化を創り続ける」をビジョンに掲げて、「Culture Creating Company」を目指しています。その為に、HRデザイン、ビジネスデザイン、カルチャーデザインという、3つの事業領域を持っております。採用や組織づくり支援のHRデザイン、新規事業や戦略コンサルのビジネスデザインという2つの領域では、対外のtoB向けに事業を行っており、そこで得た知見をもとに、自社で新規事業を創るカルチャーデザインの事業を展開しております。 We aim to be a “Culture Creating Company” with our vision of “Continue to create the next culture”. For that purpose, we have three business areas: HR design, business design, and culture design. In two areas, HR design to support recruitment and organizational development, and business design for new businesses and strategic consulting, we are engaged in business for external toB, and based on the knowledge gained there, we can create a new business on our own. 今は、ねこの要素が強く、ガラッとイメージを変えたいです。 現状のブランドロゴカラーをベースに、 「次の文化を創り続ける」、「Culture Creating Company」、「HRデザイン・ビジネスデザイン・カルチャーデザイン」という3つの領域で事業を行っていることがわかるようなサイトにしてほしいです。 イメージとして、洗練されており知的なイメージに加え、クリエイティブ感もあるサイトを希望します。 カラーとしては、基本、白をベースとしたシンプルでクールなデザイン。要所でコーポレートカラーが入って、高級感やクリエイティブ感を出したいです。 Right now, the cat element is strong and I want to change the image. ねこ感が強いのはNG。ただし、隠れたワンポイントとして入れたりするのはむしろ歓迎です。 NG has a strong cat feeling. However, it is rather welcome to put it as a hidden one point.
