99designs provides a process that gives you a very innovative design in a reasonable amount of time. You have to understand that it's not just about the designers, but THE PROCESS itself allows you to see and combine ideas from many designers (at 0 cost) and pick up an excellent design. This process would take at least a month for my project if I chose to project manage this project myself and I'm almost sure it wouldn't give such good results. 99designs reminds you firmly the point in time that you have to stop the "creative thinking" and wear your Yellow hat and get your project done.
