Please see the attached sketches. Here is a description of the sketches:
00: The first page is a simple sign in page. The sign in will be handled by a popup webpage.
01: When you are signed in you get the main page. If you have signed up for trips or created your own they will be shown here. If you don't have any trips planned, the trip list is empty and you just have a new trip button.
02: After clicking the new trips button on 01, you get the calendar page where you select the date you want to leave. Clicking next takes your to 03.
03: Here you see the available trips for the selected date. Here it' possible to join the existing trip going from Arendal to Kristiansand at 8:00, or your can click the plus button to create a new trip if you want to drive yourself.
04: After clicking the plus button on 03, you select the locations where you are driving from and to. The list consists of fixed locations, like the offices of the company, and user specified locations. You can add or edit the user specified locations by pressing the edit locations button.
05: Showing your locations. You can delete location or add new ones.
06: Screen for adding a new custom location. Here you search for the address using a Google Map integration, and specifies the name and area labels for the location.
07: This is the second part of the new trip wizard. Here you specify the departure time and how many passengers you have room for in your car. You can also choose if this is a one way trip or if you want passengers on the return as well.
08: The last step in creating a new trip is to write a message to the passengers with information about the trip.
09: This is the main page again, now showing the trip you just created. The car icon indicated that you are driving this trip.
10: This is the same calendar view as 02.
11: This is the same available tris view as 03. Note the icons that shows if the trip has return or not.
12: Selecting one of the trips in 11 gives you the trip overview page. Here you see details about the trip and the other passengers. You can click the join button to join a leg of the trip.
13: This is the same as 12 with a trip leg selected.
14: After clicking next on 13 you select where you want to be picked up. You can also access the edit locations from this screen.
15: Then you write a message to the driver and send the request.
16: Here the driver has rejected your request to join the trip.
17: Clicking on the rejected trip on 16 give you the message from the driver with the reason for the rejection. You can either remove the trip or create a new request.
18: You create a new request to join with a new location. This is the same as 14.
19: You write a new message to the driver. This is the same as 15.
20: Your request has been accepted by the driver.
21: This is the drivers view of the trip. There is an unhandled request marked with a yellow border. It's also possible to cancel the trip or open the route in Google Maps.
22: After clicking the unhandled request in 21 you get details about the request with a map showing the detour your will have to make to pick up the new passenger. You can accept or reject.
23: After clicking the reject button in 22 you write a reason for the rejection to the passenger at this screen.
24: Clicking Cancel trip in 21 you will get this screen where you have to write a reason for the cancelation.

You will be required to provide either a PNG or a JPG file. Please check with the client to see if they have a preference.
If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
