Fast casual restaurant. Similar style to Chipotle.

We have a registered trademark (see attached) which we are using in full service Mexican restaurants. We want to expand the business to a fast casual service restaurant. We want to… somehow incorporate some of the elements of our current logo and perhaps a symbol that people will understand that its the same restaurant but with much faster (chipotle like) service. I was thinking add some sort of train so that people understand it is not the full service restaurant but a fast casual limited service restaurant but the same high quality food.
