Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a full service development company located in Southern California. We acquire land, create housing products, (single family homes, apts, senior living etc.), build, and sell. We are a small private builder and a family oriented company. Rolling Hills Estates is the name of the new community we are building. It is being built in the city of Riverside.
We want this logo to be simple, elegant, and modern with an eye catching image and font. We'd like it to capture the essence of the area and to feel warm and welcome for new homebuyers.

We like earth tones. deep and rich colors with elegant clear fonts. This contest is a redo from our last as the owner's decided to change the community name during the previous process. The owner looks the look of the included picture and hope it can provide some inspiration. Rolling hills, OAK and PEPPER trees.
