A clean simple abstract design with a technology vibe is what were looking for.
Don't make it to literal but give some meaning behind the design and its elements to form its creation .
We will not accept any designs that are simply copy past designs seen a dozen times on competitions and anything with low quality clipart. It is very evident when you have spent time thinking about the assignment and have genuinely created your own design. Give it some effort, thought and meaning and you will be selected.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
