Some notes: modern homes typically have flat roofs (google ultra modern homes for inspiration) think glass, concrete and steel construction. Also google abstract art for inspiration for a watermark logo to go along with the font. Google unique modern furniture to get inpsiration as well. The font needs to be custom and unique, edgy simple, minimalist, innovative. If the logo can represent abstract art and modern designs of furniture and home that would hit the mark.
