Distributed Systems Runtime
Description of the organization and its target audience
We are on a mission to build a global distributed systems runtime library and language that will unlock platform engineering. Some context to assist with design: a distributed system can be thought of like a lattice or truss structure similar to what you'd see on bridges. Both of these share the weight / load, so when you travel over a bridge there are several support structures under and across not just one. Typically distribution in the IT sense is diagrammed by "interconnected nodes" (google'able). Other facets to include in the design: there is a lot of inspiration drawn from concepts from mountain climbing and the aurora borealis. This is an engineering product for other engineers, so they'd be familiar with the concepts at play. In terms of the art: minimalist design is favored over heavily realistic or descriptive.
