Design a Clean Sophisticated Brochure for e-Gôndolas

We are an e-Commerce platform built as a big virtual store trough which other stores and retail chains from the entire country can sell their products. (similar to amazon.com)

This brochure will be used to prospect sellers and retail stores to announce their products in our e-commerce platform. This brochure contains a general description of what our business is… about and also some more detailed information for people who wish to know more about us. This will mainly be sent as a pdf file attached to an email message, but make it A4 size in case it needs to be printed. The number of pages should be between around 4. We have attached the brochure text both in Portuguese (this is the one to be used, we are in Brazil) and in English (so that you can understand what it says). Please note that the first paragraphs are highlighted in green. These are the ones that must be placed in a way to assure that the reader will read them. The ones in gray are details and don't need to call much attention.
