Wir arbeiten als Immobilienmakler und -händler. Unser Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist die Verkaufsoptimierung durch Renovierungsarbeiten. Diese Kosten für Material, sowie eine Gewinnbeteiligung werden erst nach Verkauf der Immobilie geltend gemacht. Unsere Zielgruppe sind überwiegend ältere und wohlhabende Menschen, welche ihre renovierungsbedürftige Immobilie zum bestmöglichen Preis verkaufen möchten und sich dabei um nichts kümmern wollen.
