Das Unternehmen hat zwei Kernbereiche. Einmal den Hausmeisterservice und einmal Gipser- und Stukkateurarbeiten. Da beide Bereiche mit Häusern zu tun haben, sollte ein Haus in dem Logo erscheinen. Falls möglich sollen auch die Wörter "Gebäudemanagement" und "Stukkateur" eingearbeitet werden. Die gewählten Orangetöne sollten in Richtung terrakotta gehen.
