We are a hospitality training company who run both specific one or two day courses (e.g. Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Safety, coffee course, Responsible service of Gambing) and broader two-week programs that cover a range of skills required to work in the hospitality industry, like bar, coffee, food handling and waiting skills. Students enrolled in the two-week course complete 8 units towards a Certificate II in Hospitality, including bar training, RSA, Food Safety, Responsible Service of Gambling, barista coffee training and silver service waiting skills. The majority of our students are 18-24 years old, but we have students from all ages.

We are after a home page that contains a short description of our company and facilities, as well as listing and detailing the range of courses we offer.
It should have a menu with the following options:

We are not replacing our existing site; rather, we are adding another one. For this reason we do not want to feature our brand Victorian Bar School. We would rather create a new brand "RSA Melbourne" as the site is http://www.rsamelbourne.com.au

Also, we will be focusing on SEO, so our ideal site will be built without Flash or frames to improve this.

The key thing about this site is it must appeal to 18 -22 year olds.
