$350 ********** Simple But Stylish Video Site Design Wanted

I am looking for a PSD for a layout for a new video serving site. I am looking for a logo for the site along with a design that is based on a white clean background.

Desired Color Scheme:
Clean looking colors similar flurl.com, vidilife.com, livevideo.com

Desired Style:
Again the site should be on a par with flurl.com, vidilife.com, livevideo.com, all of these sites have a simple design, white background etc and single video column showing the latest videos.

Accepted File Formats:

Looking at the sites I have mentioned I am after something similar, colors can be altered to suit but a white clean background is needed.

The site needs to be centered on the screen and suitable for 1024*768 design - and maybe even 80-*600 depending upon the layouts you come up with.

As far as what blocks we need on the template the following needs to be added.

First off a main navigation consisting of
HOME: VIDEOS: UPLOAD: CATEGORIES: FAQ: CONTACT: ADVERTISE

These can be in a tab format at the top of the page or other options that you can think of are welcome.

The Layout of videos will be left aligned on the page and an image of the video along with the following text:

Title, Category, Comments, Description, Tags, Published (1 hr ago etc), Rated.

The layout I am after can be seen here (not the top part with the video actually playing - below that) http://www.livevideo.com/ so videos on left then right hand column for Highest Rated, Most Popular etc.

Also looking for a blank content page for the contact us, advertise and other sections like these.

I am very flexible on ideas so feel free to submit your own too.

Overall the template needs to look clean, but have enough style to make it uniqe and stand out.
