We are currently building a new web _application_ (not a regular web site) for web developers. Please note that it's a web application - which should have an application look and feel. The UI should have panes, buttons, toolbars etc. The application is a bit of a mix between JsFiddle and a Testing framework. We have a simple skeleton of it where we didn't pay any attention to design at all. The web app is built using Ext JS, so there is no CMS behind the scenes. It should have a test list pane to the left, some header and an application window in the 'center' which contains the test code, the resulting DOM, and any failing test assertions.
The landing page seen in one of the screenshots should be fun and inviting, showing maybe some key stats (nbr test cases, nbr visitors on site) and a graph (Number of snippets executed per hour) or a top 5-list of the most active user names.
1. Joe 24 tests
2. Dan 15 tests
3. Kate 12 tests
The main application page (seen in one of the screenshots) contains a test case list to the left. A 'test case' is defined by:
2. User who submitted the test
3. Tags describing the test case (UI, table, bug, learn, or whatever).
4. Date the test case was submitted
Users can search by test name, or by tags.
