Marcia was absolutely amazing to work with! She went above and beyond for us and truly delivered on our request. We've been struggling with creating a design for our company for over six months, and within one day of reviewing our submission, Marcia came through with a vision that was perfect for us. We could tell she thoroughly read our submission to create a logo that was true to who we are. She took our vague vision and turned it into great representation for our company! She takes feedback and direction extremely well and was diligent in completing the project quickly. We can easily see ourselves working with her again in the future for any additional branding needs.
How jasonkX started their logo & social media pack journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a married millennial couple that currently travels the United States in an RV. We are seeking branding across all of our social media platforms to have a more professional feel. Our current audience is other RVers or people who want to RV in the future. We create articles and videos for how-tos, where to stay, what activities to part take in and so on. We are looking to work with tourism boards, activity centers, campsites, etc. in the near future. So our audience is not only people looking to live this lifestyle but it will soon be other companies in the travel/tourism industries that we want to work with.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Travel & Hotel
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
As you can tell from the logos we chose, we prefer simple and clever logos. Even though we RV now, we want to travel overseas in a few years. We will want to keep our same logo as we change methods of travel. Meaning, we do not want any symbols directly related to RVing or flying. Other general travel symbols would be acceptable. For example, Gone with the Wynns went from RVing to boating but kept the same wind vane logo. Here are their website for reference: https://www.gonewiththewynns.com and https://www.youtube.com/user/gonewiththewynns
We like the option of being able to use the entire logo with our names or the symbol on its own for smaller images or branding.
As far as colors go, we have been using mint green/grey/navy blue/white but are open to suggestions as nothing in set in stone yet. You can view our current website for reference (getawaycouple.com) and our YouTube (youtube.com/getawaycouple).
We don't have an exact picture of what we want, but we do know what we don't want. That includes:
- no world, RV, or airplane symbols
- no goofy/cartoon like images
