Elliott paid attention to the design brief, communicated clearly throughout the process, and responded quickly to my feedback.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We improve the wellebeing and employability of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by teaching them about bees and business. They sell HONEY at our market stall - we are looking for a label for our HONEY
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We want a label for our honey. All our honey is London Honey, sold by young people from disadvantaged areas of London. This creates work for them and generates funds for our educational work.
The honey is sold at Borough Market, an outdoor honey market for artisan products. The typical artisan design is quite "quaint" as is much of honey design. Would be great to have something a bit edgier.
At the same time, the honey is expensive! There is not a lot of honey in London and we need to cover the costs of education, so the label somehow needs to justify a higher price tag.
There is certain info that has to appear:
1. The word HONEY must appear
2. Weight must be on the label we do 3 sizes 1) 225g 2) 56g 3)113g
3. Contact: http://www.thegolden.co
4. Produce of England
best before dates are also necessary, but we may have to write these onto the tamper proof label, to keep costs down. Would like to do a big run of labels, as they will be cheaper in larger volumes.
If our logo can be included that would be great, but not 100% necessary as we can add that in the tamper proof sticker.
