XXX is a startup business that takes pride in making high-quality cold brew coffee and aims to sell it online (via a subscription) and in independent food / health stores and coffee shops. We hope to ultimately take the product to large scale retail.
As a business we are aiming for scale, so we won’t be pricing the product at an unreasonable level. If a large cold brew from Starbucks is £3.00+, we’ll be aiming to come in under that per unit, excluding shipping. Do also bear in mind that despite this, having top-quality cold brew delivered each week is to be considered a luxury, so we’re not trying to compete with the free instant coffee available down the hall in your office.
Our target audience will likely be men and women aged 25-50, who drink coffee, are interested in being healthy and are of average or above average income.
We want our customers to feel positive and renewed when they drink xxx. It’s an incredibly smooth, flavor-full pick-me-up.
We also want our B2B partners to be proud to sell this product; it’s got to work for them too.
We want our customers to feel:
• Refreshed – it’s a cold drink, but with less acid than a coffee.
• Energized – there is more caffeine than a regular coffee.
• Healthy – it’s made from coffee and water.
• Special – it’s a premium product in a premium package.
