Our goal is to help you lose weight and feel your very best. Our program is designed for you to be able to do real world activities such as bending to pick up your children, lifting everyday objects safely, and enjoying life to it's fullest. Weight loss is a side effect of what we do and everybody loses weight, (or gains weight if need be) on our program. The programming is designed to work you hard and safe. The student will learn athletic movements and build upon the basic movements to more advanced movements through time. We load you according to ability, we may use a simple PVC pipe in the beginning or an empty bar weighing anywhere btwn 15-45 lbs. Geared for the elite athlete; your grandmother, and everybody in between. We are a non-threatening atmosphere.
