Lulu did a great job. There more than 40 designers that worked my contest and Lulu was the most responsive and aggressive in getting me designs. Did a great job.

Good desing and great comunication with the designer :)
The designer had a nice clean idea from the beginning. When asked for alterations from a design we liked, he kept modifications mild since we already liked his work. It went quite well.
Great design and great to work with. Speedy responses! Would definitely use them again.

I'm looking to update our current logo which was designed in 2011. Please see attached. The version we primarily use is the non-metallic version.
First, I would like to see the orange and grey colors remain, but add an accent of green to it. Just looking at a color wheel, #45b240 could possibly work. I'm open to artistic recommendations though. Blue could even work instead of green. A quick look at the color wheel and perhaps #4676c4 could be used.
Then the font should change and you can have fun with the X or keep the X layout, but update it. I've attached some logos that I like for reference. I like the fonts of these logos. You shouldn't be married to these though as I will choose the one that looks the most appealing.
I've also added some "X" designs that could work well with the new logo.
