CrossFit Retro-Style: CrossFit like it was back in the day. Before the crazy Biasing and overcomplicating of workouts....when is was just some folks having fun throwing down on a workout. Our Bias is in not Bias-ing. No strength bias, No metcon bias, No gymnastics bias, No endurance bias (although we like to run)…just strait up CrossFit…done right.
We like to have fun. a-lot of fun.
We program well. We program all CrossFit movements with varying loads and time domains, (short, long and medium)….We also don’t shy away from programing a move because it is hard…but if it is too hard for you we will teach you how to scale it. Check out our posts on scaling.
We teach well. Mechanics first, consistency, then intensity. We do not babysit with a timer. We teach athletes to move correctly, move correctly with consistency and then move consistently correct with intensity.
We love community. You will be part of the Retro family. You might be the cousin who likes to be the center of attention or the crazy uncle that likes to be left alone and we will respect that. Regardless, you will be part of the family.
