How hotarnica started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Global Rides, or GR
What’s your company slogan?
"It's heaven on a motorcycle" - use it OR not
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We're a new start up - motorcycle tour organiser. Our goals is brand recognition and Curiosity about who we are.
Global Rides is about enjoyment and appreciation while touring with motorcycles. We’re travelling on asphalt in some tours, and on dirt in others. Scenery: beautiful hilly countrysides, mountain roads with hundreds of corners per day, and awe inspiring wilderness.
Our target market: men, 36-70 years old, higher net worth (business owners, executives, heirs, ...) who have $10000 to spend for every 10 days touring with us. They are time poor, love motorcycling, and have an unrestricted motorcycle licence.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Travel & Hotel
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Please make suggestions regarding colours. My thoughts were Aqua and Orange for visual impact on motorcycles, bike suits, and website, OR Navy blue and Gold (orange).
The biggest tour organiser in the industry (https://www.edelweissbike.com/) uses blue and white - do NOT use anything that resembles them.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The logo has to work in black and white just as well as in colour.
As the name Global Rides doesn't indicate motorcycling, we'd like a drawn hint or picture integrated into the logo. Possible picture ideas: part of motorcycling like e.g. helmet, knobby tyre, tyre track, spoked wheel, piston, ... - Make this very simple and light, with minimum number of lines; it has to be classy also, as we're not motorheads.
There are lots of ideas so far using a creative "GR" in the logo. - as an idea, we'd love to see a motocross helmet (top in the middle in picture provided) simplified to be used as the G of GR.
