Logo types to explore
I would love to get a new exciting urban looking logo for my company. I know the colors I like; the same as the University of Miami (steel gray/orange/green and I love the font... Please reference the athletics page for examples). What I'm looking for is a stand alone logo, script logo or both that I can use for my company. I love sports logos so kind of think in that genre. It could be a mascot, abstract shape or some play on the letters in the company name. I live and work in the city and want it to reflect that. What that makes me think of is urban. Overall, when designing please think of athletics, skateboarding, surfing logos, ect. I'd like it to look modern and urban. WellCo stands for Wellness Company Strength and Conditioning. The tools I work with frequently are ViPR (most frequent and can google to see images of it in use), TRX, Kettle Bells, Medicine Balls, etc. Please think of motion in the logo. My target audience is all ages. I want to be able to attract athletes but not too far or aggressive that it alienates everyday people looking to improve their health. I want it to show action and movement. I have a progressive form of training and I want the logo to reflect that. Finally, thank you for taking the time to look at my brief. If you have any questions please feel free to send them my way and I'd be happy to answer them. I like the following logos for urban look: (urban seed) http://designismyname.blogspot.com/ http://www.thelogorunner.com/blog/urban-piknik/ (BLVD and The Feed) http://www.bloomingfootprint.com/logo_brand.html I like this for movement/color: http://www.designtreasure.com/2010/05/50-creative-logo-design-of-99designs/ http://www.prestongrover.com/print.html I like the following logos for incorporation of letters/numbers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:WashingtonStateCougars.png http://www.graphicdesignblog.org/hidden-logos-in-graphic-designing/ (Cobode) http://www.cruzine.com/2010/12/10/text-logos/
