Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a 32-year-old female former mechanical engineer who has recently made the shift from eating processed crap to cooking whole foods in order to alleviate my autoimmune symptoms. As a take-out queen turned culinary novice, my primary goal is communicate to other women (25 to 45) with autoimmune or energy deficiencies that eating whole foods is not drudgery; it's a delicious adventure.
EDIT (added 6/16): I follow a food philosophy that focuses on quality vegetables, fish, shellfish, and meat (with some fruit but no grains).
