Hectorin505 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
logo for T.Y.S.M
Check out Hectorin505's Logo design contest…
The acronym T.Y.S.M (A.K.A TYSM) represents the “Tip Your Server Movement”. This movement is designed shed light on the correct amount to tip for great, good and shitty service as well as increase awareness to the inglorious benefits that come along from working in the service industry Benefits such as: • Working for $2.35 an hour to pay your way through college • Having to deal with rude people • Having to deal with condescending people who think waiting tables is the most degradable job ever, • Having to pick up over parents who fail to supervise their children when they go out to eat and leave enough food on the ground to feed a small African tribe) We as servers understand that these benefits are part of the job and don’t mind dealing with them just as long as the customer understands that we make well below the minimum wage and learns to tip accordingly. We also understand that we cannot use force to have the customer leave a good tip, neither is the purpose of this movement to strike intimidation to our customer. However, we are here to help bring awareness to those that don’t understand and that tipping 10% on your check is no longer acceptable by service industry standards, assuming you receive excellent service. With that being said, please join us in helping spread the word about the TYSM.
Logo types to explore
