Excellent design, responsiveness to tweaks, and a great eye towards sales - making this postcard more than we'd hoped for. Well done!

This designer was very receptive to revisions and was able to accomplish everything I need efficiently. With an initial description of what I was looking for, without really knowing, I was very happy with the design he created. I would absolutely work with him again and reccommend him to another client.
rocketRudolp came up with a design I never considered, but I was instantly impressed by its light and gracile impression. He made tons of revisions to refine the design according to my specifications, but also came up with great own ideas. He was always responsive, helpful and very devoted to this project. This was really a piece of teamwork. Highly recommend him.
How nancyeverds started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Only 3 elements to the design. A capital G in a serif font, Something (banner?) with the year 1941 on it, and a graphical image of a gyrfalcon. We do not want "since" or the word gyrfalcon on the smokestack.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is a logo for the smokestack of our ship, the Gyrfalcon. She was a US government vessel launched in 1941, and has since been turned into a yacht. See our website http://www.gyrfalcon88.wordpress.com for photos of the boat and our restoration projects. We will eventually be running charters on her up to Alaska. She is a wooden boat from the 1940s and needs a strong graphic logo
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The gyrfalcon is the largest falcon and lives in the arctic. We want to have an image that can be seen from a distance and that fits with the heritage of our boat. The images are of the smokestack where the graphic will be painted. A graphic on a similar sized boat can be found here: http://www.yachtolympus.com/
