I asked John to create a modular logo for a family of websites. I had worked with him in the past, though a 99designs competition, and was extremely pleased with his work—so, I invited him to a 1-on-1 project.
Once again, John did not disappoint. He delivered quickly and as envisioned. His deliverables were thorough and he made very sure that all was done to our liking. He is definitely not afraid to work to finalize the details and responds extremely positively to feedback. All in all, John is a pleasure to work with.
John went above and beyond on our 1-on-1 project and I would definitely and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a logo design!

Merx is latin for merchandise. Merx is a software as a service platform. The platform is used by field merchandisers that work in major supermarkets around the world. The platform allows the users (admin) to enter in jobs (tasks) to be completed in store (like building displays, fill shelves with stock, taking old stock off the shelves and replacing it with new stock, taking orders etc on behalf of the brands that are outsourcing the work to 3rd party suppliers). The administrators can see who is doing what jobs and gain insight into a range of reports and analytics on how the projects (collections of tasks) are tracking against the time and budget allowed. It is used by major brands and retailers. It is aimed at the enterprise user from the admin perspective and the causal worker from the user perspective. It's like the uber for in field merchandising task management!

The logo needs to work in color and B&W. It will be used across all mediums of mobile app, web site, admin portal, presentations (keynote) and business cards. It needs to clear and strong with a high visual design element that can be reversed (negative) and also look good in full color.
