Bikram Hot yoga is a method of hatha yoga which includes 26 postures/2 times through in a room that is heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. Each posture is designed to systematically build upon the next working every part of your body both internally and externally. This studio will be the first official affiliated studio on Staten Island.
