The mission of The JoyFit Project is to seek joy, find joy, and share joy through exercises that foster empowerment, as well as a deeper connection to ourselves, one another, and the Universe. Thirty-minute walks are followed by simple stretching, breathing and resistance exercises, short affirmations, and joyful good-byes, all of which are glued together with a huge helping of intentional laughter. Designed to promote overall wellness and healing, The JoyFit Project can be adapted to joyfully serve the fitness and wellness needs of all populations.
