UPDATE: PLEASE READ THROUGH TO THE END. I need a logo for a business called "Fox Reports" (https://www.foxreports.com/). The logo will be registered as a trademark. The logo can either be designed from scratch or based on an existing asset I have attached to the brief. Unfortunately, the license of the asset doesn't allow it to be registered as a trademark as a whole. Some conditions are applied here: "If you purchase a Commercial or Extended Commercial license, you may use an illustration as part of your logo, as long as the illustration is (1) modified and (2) not the dominant element of the logo." I am also open to new suggestions and designs from scratch. "Fox Reports" words cannot be used in the logo. It should be the image by itself. The business name is Fox Reports. I need a logo for the business. Also, I have a graphic asset and I need to register it as a trademark however, the asset license doesn't allow me to use it directly as a whole in my logo. These are the conditions: If you purchase a Commercial or Extended Commercial license, you may use an illustration as part of your logo, as long as the illustration is (1) modified and (2) not the dominant element of the logo. Therefore, I am looking the best ideas of what can be done with the asset. The business name "Fox Reprots", cannot be part of the logo design.
