Wir möchten uns mit einem Food Truck selbständig machen (Verkaufsanhänger). Wir werden belegte Brote (Smörrebröd), Salate, Kaffee, Suppe verkaufen. Alle Produkte werden von uns selbst hergestellt. Unsere Zielgruppe ist vornehmlich weiblich und gesundheitsbewußt. Wir verkaufen in Büro- und Gewerbegebieten, auf Street-Food-Festivals und auf Privatveranstltungen.
