Merging good will with a license to chill

We sell Italian ice and other cold dessert items. Our market is people of all ages who enjoy a cool treat and support of a good cause. We will be selling at everything from wedding venues to sporting events. Our Italian ice is also dairy, fat and gluten free and that will be an appeal to the mature crowd or those who monitor their children's diet

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Let designers make suggestions:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.

In addition to selling cold desert items, our larger purpose is techno philanthropic efforts in both developed and undeveloped countries. A portion of our profits are donated to the technology development side of efforts like clean water to Africa, improved healthcare and the big one, clean, renewable, free energy for a healthier planet. We are looking for a strong conceptual logo that will convey as many of the following concepts as possible in order of importance:

1) Philanthropy, care and giving for humanity and the earth
2) Technology, meaning a techy look. (Think Cold Fusion)
3) Cold treats. This can be something subtle like color or ? Google Mustache Mikes Italian Ice to see our flagship product, which is flavor blends of Italian Ice.

We are keeping the logo generic for future development that is part of our long term business plan, and we hope to find a designer that we can continue with as our future unfolds. We are looking for a standout color pallet that will identify us. It will be a large part of our brand so I'm hoping to see some eye catching combinations. I only chose the blues and greens because they convey cold and echo, so please use your imaginations. Thank you all!
