The designer did a great job of tying in with our current branding while creating an icon/logo that stood on it's own. The ESOP is about people. A lot of designers tried to create designs that incorporated people, but they missed the mark. Her design implied people in a way that was at once subtle and obvious, but not at all cliche'd.
