Straight Talk Health
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I'm a health coach and nutritionist who specializes in helping people use low-carb/high fat, real food eating lifestyles to improve health overall, but most notably to prevent and reverse Type 2 Diabetes. However, WHAT I do is less important than HOW I do it. The 'straight talk' in my business name means that I communicate directly and express difficult truths, but I do it from a place of deep passion for results and for people making real and sustainable improvements to their health. Authentic, bold, passionate, and deeply committed to my clients are the big values to convey with this logo. My target audience are people who can handle these attributes, but they are also professionals so the logo needs to have some sophistication. The triskele is a very old shape that symbolizes human potential and growth as well as truth. A creative representation of this shape that conveys the "vibe" described here is what this contest is about. (Also worth noting: Designs that suggest a more structured 'outside' or 'edge' with a warmer or more vibrant "heart" might be something to explore stylistically through design or color or both since it's also the way I work: Drill sergeant methods with cheerleader spirit!) See the file titled FULL BRIEF for more information.

Other color requirements
Please see more notes about color in the attached pdf file titled "Full Brief." But my "red" neighborhoods are RBG 186 14 33 and sometimes RBG 229 27 35. These are "neighborhoods," not specifications. I'm open!
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
PLEASE READ ATTACHED .PDF DOCUMENT TITLED "FULL BRIEF" which includes a detailed brief.
Here are a few highlights from the brief for you to review:
*I would like a unique representation of the triskele or triskelion shape integrated to the logo for this business. The shape can be simple/minimalistic as long as it is visually interesting and/or uses color in an impactful way. OR it could be more artistic and stylized. --please read the full brief for more information about what I do and don't like in representations of this shape--
*Color: Again, read the full brief, but in short I like red (RGB 186 14 33 is my "neighborhood") and I hate yellow and usually find pastels to convey a wishy-washy vibe not appropriate to my message or style.
*Values to communicate: Personal growth, human development, passion, balance of mind/body/spirit, balance of health/longevity/fitness.
