Angel's Share Barrel House
Angel's Share Barrel House is (or will be) a tap house operating in a 125-year-old church in a very small mill-town in Turner, Oregon. We sell craft beer, wine, and cider to people who thoroughly enjoy craft beverages in a comfortable and unique pub setting.
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Purples: Imagination, spirituality, royalty and luxury.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
- Our theme is a blend of English-pub and barrel house, and comfortable for adult-fun and entertainment as well as for families to bring their kids for a meal.
- We want to be subtle with any kind of religious/church references. (The term "Angel's Share" is semi-subtle in that the term refers to the alcohol that evaporates during the barrel-aging process). We don't want anything contrived or that which could be considered sacrilegious.
- We like the idea of having a logo that will work on an English-pub style sign, such as this: https://goo.gl/TYvfke
- A tagline that we've been considering is, "Thou shalt not drink crappy beer" but we're not sure whether that's too blatant.
- We're open to new, creative ideas.
