Unique Backroad Journeys
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Unique Backroad Journeys is a small, boutique group travel agency that facilitates unique moments in locations worldwide. We are ambassadors of eco-friendly, sustainable travel adventures for small groups of individuals.
Our mission is to develop and provide opportunities for our customers to learn and appreciate different cultures, people, and ways of life, while not disturbing the environment or local people’s way of doing things.
Our values that we want to communicate through our logo:
• Small carbon footprint – we provide small groups (max of 14) and nurture more interaction with local people
• Respect and value for local customs and culture
• Eat what’s available and fresh – what’s part of the local culture as in local farmers versus importing into the country (which changes what farmers grow and increases carbon footprint with shipping)
• Use local guides locally owned places to stay and eat
• Exceptional customer service
We are authentic lovers of travel and creators of one-of-a kind moments.
We like to think of ourselves as ambassadors of the present moment. We believe we are the best in the world in facilitating moments in the unique backroads of different locales around the globe.
We’re not a big agency. What we create are carefully orchestrated group trip travel experiences for adventure seeking world travelers who know a good thing when they see it.
And oh, by the way, since we’re small, we won’t break the bank, either.
