We sell ingredients used in Modernist Cooking aka Molecular Gastronomy. It involves using science and modern ingredients to cook. Some examples are the use of liquid nitrogen to freeze food. The creation of "caviar" from spherified liquids. Turning food into gels, foams and powders.
