Moonlit FOX has been AWESOME to work with, she took a project I was unable to complete with another designer and quickly turned it around to exactly what we were working with. She was very patient and open minded about edits. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks Moonlit, GREAT JOB !
killpixel::24/7 was AMAZING to work with! So responsive and quick. We had to change the name to our logo so many times but he eagerly made changes. He also understood our vision well. Definitely recommend!

How erikwarnecke started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
High Country Smokers
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is a competition BBQ team. The name is a double entendre, intended to invoke both the fact that the team is from Colorado where the mountains are referred to as the "high country" but also the fact that Colorado has legalized recreational marijuana. The target audience would be people who are BBQ enthusiasts but also people from Colorado who enjoy the recreation of the mountains. BBQ logos typically incorporate images with some smoke, a pig and something specific to their region of the country. Our region is the Rocky Mountains of the United States. The image of the Colorado state logo could be one possibility as well as mountains, snow or maybe the Flatirons of Boulder Colorado (this is a very well-known local image of a small mountain range).
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Food & Drink
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Most BBQ teams incorporate some sort of pig image. Generally it is an animated pig smiling, drinking or something of that nature. We are looking for something similar but would like to see if the pig could be smoking a marijuana joint. This is a sensitive subject to some so we'd like to keep it somewhat comical (i.e. maybe the pig has a stoned look on his face, somewhat squinted eyes, etc) but also not glorify smoking marijuana as that is not the intent of the logo's message.
