She did great. Very pleased with the design and turnaround time.
One of the best artists on 99d! Drawdrainer quickly responded to messages and comments on multiple pieces of work, even while being on the other side of the world. We hand picked Drawdrainer for this project... and we will most certainly be using him again.
How battalionherefords started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Battalion Speckle Park
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a Speckle Park Stud (beef breed of cattle). Battalion is our stud name and Speckle Park is the breed. We breed and sell bulls and females. Speckle Park are known for their unique colour pattern and extra muscle shape. They are a new and very much up and coming breed in Australia
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Although we like the selected colours above we are open in individual interpretation as long as it matches the brief and feel of the stud. Please see the colour of merchandise in the uploaded image below.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Like the caricature element
Like how the V & Z from the logo is incorporated in the image. Easily distinguished
Love this logo. Like the simplicity of design and colour palette and the incorporated animal design. Total individuality of the design
Love the 2 images combined in the image and simple text
Simple and classic, good design shape
Love the way the W & V are the first things you see and are combined with the image but then also expanded on in the full brand name
Simple and classic however the shape of the logo may be hard to use in different media
We also have a pre-established sister stud in the Hereford breed, called Battalion Herefords. We would like the 2 designs to have some matching elements in the logo. There is a barbed wire element that we would like to be consistent across both logos. Needs to be easily embroidered and suit other forms of media including business cards, letters heads and webpages so please consider that in the design and make it versatile. We also have a particular colour brown and tan in merchandise that we would like the logo to suit. The logo needs to be clear and easy to read regardless of size. Please use a similar shape to the Hereford merchandise logo, we don't like round designs. Please feel free to tweak the Hereford logo to make the Speckle logo. We would still like someone to try to incorporate the animal and writing into one or try a initial and symbol design similar to the examples above.
