Chef Brik is an umbrella company for Chef Eddie B. Under this company, there will be products, such as knives and/or cookware. He also does upscale private chef and catering services, along with restaurant consulting. Finally, there will be a YouTube cooking show, called Cooking with Eddie B. This show is fun, upbeat, warm, and welcoming. Our target audience is Gen X and Gen Y, young, working professionals who have a taste for the fine life and want to recreate restaurant quality dishes at home for guests and/or significant others. Chef Brik is classic, yet edgy, with a sophisticated, but fun and charming personality.
