We will be an organic café/ juice bar serving prepared foods as well as juices, smoothies, and bowls with a small grocery section where people can shop for organic produce and foods. The name could be written Pure Foods & Juice also. We haven't decided if the 'and' is written or in symbol form. We are located in Brookline, New Hampshire, a small town about a 1.5-hour drive from Boston. The café/grocery space is not too fancy, holding a small-town, intimate and cozy atmosphere. Our grocery section will offer organic fruits and vegetables as well as organic eggs, meats, milk, and yogurt. We will be all organic as we believe this is best for the consumer and the planet. We will have fresh and cold-pressed juice, detox, weight loss plan, etc. that can be picked up or delivered. We will have pre-prepared food daily with each food selection on a unique artisan plate so that people can choose what to eat from the counter service for grab-and-go. We will have a small sitting space where people can sit down and quickly eat the fresh, prepared foods they purchased. We want this cafe juice bar/grocery store to capture everyone from the grab-and-go, health-conscious lunch crowd to the cook in the family who is picking up healthy groceries for the week ahead. We expect the café juice bar/grocery store will appeal to both the younger and older generations whether or not they are health-conscious. We would like a logo with mainstream appeal that conveys at least some of what we stand for: pure, clean, fresh, organic, local, rich, bold, and diverse foods and drinks. We will not carry any individual culture's type of food, rather an eclectic mix of the best tasting, healthy recipes that we can find. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. Thanks for your participation!
