Thanks for the excellent designs. Insomnia did a great job. Very fast response to apply the necessary modifications to the designs based on my feedback

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
QPEC is a training and education company that trains and certifies Personal trainers in the fitness industry. We are also a fitness products distribution company for portable personal training tools which also carry into the consumer market. QPEC stands for Quality Products Education and Conditioning. We are rebranding and focusing more on the education side of things. I need a strong symbol (similar to what we currently have) and our colours are bold red, black and grey. (see our website - http://www.qpec.com.au for all required information, including our current mission statement and what we do and deliver). I believe we have been too corporate and not personal enough so I need a strong simple logo that encompasses strength but also encompasses caring and integrating our customers. Our target audience is personal trainers, gym and studio owners but also general public looking for training resources for fitness and lifestyle education. I do not want something that is too strong or intimidating like something that looks like a body builder. Our demographics is slightly higher to female bias to males aged between early 20's to late 40's.

The symbol/logo has to stand on it's own without the letters. People have identified with the red "man" so use this as a guide. maybe a 3 D image with some depth?
