I highly recommend Gelaptakgulita. He was easy to work. He listened to all of my feedback and gave me designs I wanted and designs I didn't even think of. His turn around time was fast for producing new designs and he gave me lots of variations to choose from.

How pdandersen started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
What’s your company slogan?
Do Good. Be Well.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a start-up company that sells yoga mats. For each mat purchased, a mat will be given to an economically disadvantaged community center / school. Think 'TOMS' but with yoga mats. We feel passionately that yoga is a practice that benefits people of all ages and demographics and we want to help educate and provide the proper equipment (just a mat!) to people that may not have been exposed to yoga previously.
The target audience will tip toward to female, young (age 20 to 40), moderately affluent to affluent, and urban. The feel of the brand should lean/illicit feelings around hip, a bit sexy, cool, and perhaps even a touch artsy/hipsterish (while still being accessible). A major component is giving to youth so the hip/sexy cool must not be 'too much' and be in balance with the 1:1 giving to schools proposition. Yoga mats will be our initial proposition but plan to expand further into yoga apparel and position ourselves as a yoga lifestyle brand.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Note that the logo/branding will be used both on our webpage and also on the mats, towels, and other apparel. It needs to work for both uses.
In the final product, we're looking for a few layers / cuts of the logo:
- Stand alone logo/brand mark that conveys feel of brand
- Logo with company name
- Logo with company name and slogan
- Company name only
- Slogan only
Depending on the usage occasion, certain cuts will be more applicable which is why we'll need separate files of each. Eg. think of another player like lululemon. Sometimes they have the name with logo, sometimes just logo, etc.
We welcome your interpretations on how to group the letters of the brand name. LaraLu, laralu, Lara Lu, etc.
We're excited to see your visual interpretations of our mission / brand!
