I am a yoga / mindfulness meditation teacher that helps athletes perform better. I employ several movement modalities when working with clients. Advanced 500hr Experienced Yoga teacher, Certified Function Strength Coach, Functional Movement Systems Specialist, Reiki Energy Worker, Aromatherapist, PRI practitioner soon to be certified Roll Model Method Teacher.
My current brand doesn’t reflect the additional certifications and programs I offer. It also doesn’t reflect the growth in the business to include mindfulness and meditation.
Main Focus: I work with corporate clients offering programs on mindfulness and meditation, yoga and strength
Secondary Focus: I currently work with many high school, club teams and those individual college athletes I worked with in high school. My goal is to attract more teams at the college & professional level.
I also work one on one with individual clients with various re-hab or preventative or maintenance issues. I also lead small group classes for those who want to dive deeper into a yoga practice or learn as a beginner with attention (unlike packed classes at core power for example)
I would like to incorporate a triangle shape into my logo. The brand style is fun, strong and appealing to both men and women.
Grays, Blacks, Whites, Yellows, Teal (Note: I’m open to colors my fear of selecting a color outside black & white is I work with sports teams and I would hate brand with say the color red when the team I work with is green.and red happens to be their rival color & they hate red. Does that make sense? )
Font: Modern, Sans Serif, No cursive or script. Font should convey confidence and power. The goal is to balance strength with fluidity, not have it too dainty and ultra-femme, and then still have it appeal to those in their teenage years, as well as the corporate sector.
