Wake-Up Fitness is a fitness personal training company that specialises in movement, injury rehabilitation and sports performance. Using movement as opposed to conventional weight training methods, stretching or massage as a method of improving an athlete or individuals ability to perform at a competitive level and therein also reducing the risk of injury. We work with a number of high profile clients ensuring they keep performing at the highest level.
We would like to stress that the logo should not reflect conventional methods of fitness training - ie heavy weightlifting and/or Bootcamp training.
Our target clients are:
-professional athletes (of all sport disciplines),
-amateur athletes (again of all sport disciplines),
-fitness professionals such as personal trainers, sports coaches, exercise instructors,
-clients recovering from sports related injuries
The Company Name is a play on words with the founder's surname "Wakefield" but also refers for the need to "wake up" (and improve) movement and fitness.
**Please Note**The hyphen in the Company Name is not mandatory - feel free to play around with the first two words by keeping them together, apart and with or without a hyphen.
