Target audience: Men and women that feel stressed, overwhelmed and fat...and are sick and tired of being sick and tired. They have tried diets, only to stop and are not seeing the results they want at the gym. They want to feel better and look sexier...and they want to have a really good experience with me while helping them get closer to their goals. Less stress. Better physical shape. Sleep is great.
My services are not cheap. But my clients get the results they want while having a pretty cool person to guide them. Let’s have fun while accomplishing our goals!
Healthy Lifestyle Change
1. 12-week health coaching program (Online or in person) for individuals and groups to help them reduce stress & anxiety, lose weight
2. I offer individual and group classes in Yoga, Mindfulness, Pilates
3. I'm a certified public accountant, so I can help them manage their finances but this is secondary to their health goals.
It would be easy to say I'm a yoga and meditation teacher. But many people have hangups with the words yoga and meditation. So I use Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Mind-Body Skills
*I will be providing the science-based support to show the benefits of mindfulness to individual performance. So not a "woowoo" yoga card. :)
