Dropsync is a true two-way Dropbox sync client for Android. It's an established successful app published on Google Play Store:

Although Dropsync receives great user rating, many downloads and superb free-to-pro conversion rate, users don't like the app launcher icon. I grabbed a free icon from the web at the time of the first release and since then haven't done anything to improve it.
The new icon should be delivered in PNG format in the following sizes: 36x36 px, 48x48 px, 72x72 px, 96x96 px, 144x144 px, and 512x512 px. (The last size is used in Google Play Store listing).
The new launcher icon must somehow communite to the users that
* the app is a (two-way) synchronization tool
* it's about Dropbox (Some sort of subtle reference to Dropbox icon/color theme may suffice, we can assume the users know about Dropbox)
