Many fail to realize handling guest inquiries and reservations is only 1/10th of the requirements needed to maintain their asset. With this model, we are a one stop solution and consultant to give them the tools needed to be a successful vacation home owner.
We only do vacation homes. We are NOT your typical cleaners. There are three owners: one specializes in cleaning, one in operations and maintenance, and the other in technology and automation. The solution we provide owner is like no other in the business.
We are looking for a modern logo, a symbol of excellence and unity. A logo that will stand out to our competitors. We want to look more like a consulting logo instead of just cleaning. There are many sub-categories that fall into inventory, maintenance, operations, and maintenance. We will define this in the verbiage once they reach out to use. The IMOC lifecycle is a proven success model, as we own cabins ourselves. We can give them the tools needed to learn from our mistakes when first purchasing our property. We only do vacation properties, and are primarily located in the Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg). We do not want it to be mountain focused, as our goal is to franchise this model and sell it to other territories with our proprietary applications and open source/PHP platforms for ticketing systems, inventory, and cleaning processes.
