Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is a recreational cannabis company based in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, with aspirations to become known as a global leader for quality cannabis products (flower/bud, oils, etc). Our target consumers are millennials and the brand will span multiple product categories. The products will mainly be mainstream and premium, but nothing low end/value priced.

The design needs to reflect the natural beauty of B.C. (mountains, water, etc.), but also be timeless with a slightly modern angle to it. It is a badge of quality and craftsmanship, but it cannot be pretentious. The logo will signal that you discovered something special, without being too mysterious, it is more about being pure and transparent. OGBC will act as an umbrella with other sub-brands underneath it. We do NOT want the Cannabis leaf to play a major part in the design, because there are regulatory restrictions for showing the plant. This project could lead to more work for the winning designer.
