We provide literature, training and legal referral services that help the armed and unarmed person alike better understand their rights concerning self defense.
What's your vision?
Although the book is for both the armed and unarmed person, our target audience are those people who own guns in the US. They are usually male, but we don't want to make the book look like it is only for males. It is a book about the legal aspects of self defense and what to do before, during and after an attack to prevent being prosecuted for defending yourself. We prefer modern, crisp looks that incorporate some kind of handgun imagery. We have a book image on our website that is temporary because it is not professional enough but you can get some idea of out thoughts: www.lawofselfdefense.com. Feel free to depart from this dramatically if you prefer -- we're asking for professional help because we know our stuff isn't right. We'll likely later have the winner modify the design for our 50 state specific supplements so they visually fit together, so keep this in mind as you make it. The book will be a 6x9 softcover with a 1.3" spine width. Please include the text from the summary, author's photograph and author's biography (attached below) on the back cover.
