Food & Drink
I have created a gluten free recipe book that shows the reader how to step by step cook gluten free. This is done with the aid of photographs at each stage of the making process. This is a unique and informative cookbook that not only includes superb recipes but has been written so that all cookery skill levels can attempt and master gluten free cooking. My target audience is people following a gluten free lifestyle at any age.
What's your vision?
I want a stand out cookbook that entices the reader to pick it up and be intrigued from the very first page: the cover. I would like the title to stand out, whether it be with the colour or the font. I'd like my logo to appear on the front cover, in either the corner or top middle of page. this can be done with some creativity. possibly a slick black background with white bold letters, I would like the cover to appeal to all ages and skill level so I would like either kitchen utensils or something that represents home cooking without showing a picture of food this can be done creatively. I would also like to see something on the cover that no one else has either seen or the designers own stamp on the book, just to give it that edge over the competitor.
The title of the book is: LEARN TO COOK THE GLUTEN FREE WAY Written by Liam Flaherty On the back I would like the "about the book": This book is incredibly unique as it offers the readers much more than just recipes. The picture based learning theme guides the reader through each step demonstrating how to perform the main tasks during the making process. People of all ages, cultures and culinary skill levels will enjoy engaging their imagination into this fun and exciting gluten free recipe book. Learn new skills, techniques and interesting methods, which will provide you with the confidence to attempt and enjoy the superb taste that can be achieved through gluten free cooking. I would also like to see the Author Bio on the back cover: Liam Flaherty is a trained chef specialising in innovative gluten free recipe design. He strives to increase the awareness of gluten intolerance and coeliac disease. He is the founder of OMGluten Free and the author of “Learn To Cook The Gluten Free Way”. He lives in Winchester, Hampshire. On the back cover, instead of writing the title again, i would like to see this short quote. Stop Saying "I Wish" and Start Saying "I Will" I would like to see this replace the title on the back cover in a way that will engage the reader.
